LTTA was host by Panevėžio profesinio rengimo centras, Lithuania. The participants attending had the posibilities to experience activities and workshops involving : O1: draft 3d objects with TinkerCAD, O2: learned to collect and interpret data delivered by micro controler development platforms and learning about programming taskes for robots in a visual language (Robobo), and its translation to Pyton language, O3: practiced multidisciplinary skills ( digital technology and undertaking) in order to offer solutions to problems of the real world O4: received support /inter-colleague / inter-team evaluations in order to improve their ideas.
Partner from Cyprus had some difficulties with visa for Lithuania and did participate only online, with zero costs from budget. Students were excited about the activities, but still their experience was different and lacking, comparing physic participation.

LTTA was hosted by Turkey partner.
Participants of the activity were all VET students from each organization and VET teachers. Among participants were persons who are responsible or are key figures in teaching Robotics in secondary school. The aim of the activity was to bring together (VET) students and trainers from partners’ countries who will be directly involved in producing and implementing intellectual outcomes and used this methodology in their teaching. Through this activity methods included in the Methodological guide on building robots were tested, in this meeting being agreed to focus on PLC- Programable Logical Controllers and Pneumatics.
The hosting partner was responsible for preparing the activity programme according to the country’s specific context in terms of project related institutions and other situations. It will cover also visits to some schools, Guidance/Research/Resource centres and other essential institutions.
The 4th TPM funded, hosted by ” IMS Private School” was aimed to jointly work on the intellectual output. A key component reviewed during the TPM was the assessment of final version of IO1 and IO2. The items of the agenda were: 1 Project Management – Assessment of the project (update), 1.1 Work plan, 1.2 Discussion 2. Project overview, 2.1 IO1 Curriculum on Robotics, 3. Finalize I02 Methodical guide on building robots, 3.1 Tasks and activities 4. Plan and organize I03 3D printing support KIT (e-book), 4.1 Tasks and activities 5. Project Management 5.1 Mid-term evaluation, 5.2 3nd Interim report, 5.3 Checking the project maintenance (Financial Update) 6. Communication and Dissemination, 6.1 Website 7. Quality monitoring and evaluation Plan, 8. Risk management (IMS Private School) 9. Timeline, 9.1 Project management Guidelines, 9.2 Next steps, 9.3 Actions and deadlines 10. Working plan for next 3 months 11. Meeting closure and delivery of certificates. Outcomes: The coordinator updated the participants on the general progress of the project, the analysis of the changes made to face the challenges of the pandemic, reminded the specific financial characteristics of the project. IO1 Curriculum on Robotics and I02 Methodical guide on building robots, were evaluated. For the IO3 last steps were established and deadline established.
Coordinator asked all partners to send or upload on the working space on Drive the timesheets and the current situation of the budget used. Each partner was asked to filled the report for PMI activities until September. Coordinator set up the new deadlines for the next 3 month. Details of the extra activity C4 were analysed. Detail of Multiplier Events were established also.
The third TPM funded, organized by ”Viesoji istaiga Panevezio profesinio rengimo centras” was aimed to jointly work on the intellectual output. Another key component reviewed during the TPM was the actual state of the Intellectual Outputs and the further planning of the development of IOs, and also an overview of the entire implementation process. Part of the meeting was dedicated to asses IO1 draft, to analyse connections with curricula and outline the methodological approach and main program features, thus preparing final phases of the IO2.

For the IO3 general content was discussed, and working period was re-organized in the general timeline planner. Coordinator asked all partners to send or upload on the working space on Drive the timesheets and the current situation of the budget used. Each partner was asked to filled the report for PMI activities until May.
The structure of the web page was discussed and new category was added. Coordinator set up the new deadlines for the next 3 month, and was agreed that the focus would be to finalize the IO1, and IO2. Feedback of LTTA in Lithuania was provided. A very important outcome of the meeting was the proposal for an extra blanded activity for students. The Lithuanian partner inform the partnership about the possible institutional reorganization.
2nd TPM - Portugal
2nd Transnational Project Meeting -Portugal. The great partnership that we build and perfect hosting arrangements of EPRALIMA makes setting deadlines quite satisfying! The second TPM, organized by EPRALIMA was specifically aimed to jointly work on the intellectual output. It was scheduled by the end of the development of the Curriculum phase, so that partners could compare and discuss results. Another key component reviewed during the TPM was the actual state of the Intellectual Outputs and the further planning of the development of IOs. Part of the meeting was dedicated to analyse connections with curricula and outline the methodological approach and main program features, thus preparing phase A1-A3 of the IO2. The items of the agenda were: 1 Project Management, 2. Project overview, 3. Plan and organize I02 Methodical guide on building robots, 4.
